T.G.I. Friday Five
1. What did you have for breakfast this morning? If you didn't have breakfast, why not? No breakfast this morning. That's not exactly unusual for me; I'd say more often than not I don't actually do breakfast as such (unless you count my habitual three cups of coffee). But there's no way I'd have had time for breakfast today even if I'd wanted it, since I had to get up early and dash off to a meeting a work (as if I haven't been spending enough time here already).
2. What's your favorite cereal? I don't know that I have one favorite cereal. Life cereal is good. And various kinds of Chex. And that Muselix stuff. Oh, and Lucky Charms. Lucky Charms are kind of a guilty pleasure for me. Come to think of it, I don't think I've had Lucky Charms in a long time...
3. How often do you eat out? Do you want that to change? If you count fast food and take-out, the answer is several times a week. At least. And, yeah, I really should change that. I keep telling myself I ought to cook more, but it's time consuming, and it's hard to work up much enthusiasm for cooking just for yourself.
4. What do you plan on having for dinner tonight? Got a recipe for that? Define "tonight." It's about 1 AM as I type this, and I just had my last meal of the day (rather earlier than usual). It was a can of Campbell's Chunky Classic Chicken Noodle Soup.
5. What's your favorite restaurant? Why? Probably Garduno's Mexican restuarant. Damn, they have good salsa. And shredded beef tacos. And pretty much everything else. They're in Albuquerque, though, and I don't get there all that often. My most-frequented restuarant is a diner here in town called the El Camino. (Yes, I know "the El" is redundant, but that's what everybody calls it, OK?) They're open 24 hours, which is very important when you're a shiftworker.
