The Story Thus Far

At the risk of this turning into the All-Doctor Who-All-the-Time Blog, I simply must link to this: 43 years of Doctor Who in five-and-a-half minutes. Lots of nostalgia value if you're an old-series fan, a nice little glimpse at the Doctors you've missed if you're a new-series fan, and if you've never seen it at all and are wondering what the heck this thing is that I keep going on about, it'll actually give you a surprisingly good idea.

  1. Confidential to Fred: Three thousand words, and I honestly think I could just as well have written, "Go and watch this video." I honestly can't decide whether that's depressing or heartening. :)

  2. Well, as I was actually discussing with another contributor a few weeks ago, I have yet to figure out how to embed YouTube videos in the printed page...

The weirdest thing for me, with that video, was thinking, "Hey, I've seen that episode!" And before the Paul McGann stuff. Despite my growing interest in the series, I still haven't seen a lot of it.

  3. If only you could do that. Where are our smart, science-fictiony print pages?

And not having seen much of it just leaves you a lot of great stuff ahead of you!
