Currently...

Yes, I've stolen this from last month's archives. Who knows, maybe I'll make it a regular monthly feature. I've left out the "current crush" and "current favorite celebrity" ones, though, since my previous non-answers to those are very unlikely to change...

Current clothes: Khaki-colored shorts and a black pocket T-shirt. White sport socks and black sneakers.

Current mood: Does "hot" count as a mood? Last night was cool and humid, so I left the cooler on "vent" when I went to sleep, and, needless to say, when I woke up this afternoon, the house was broiling hot.

Current music: Again, nothing's playing at the moment. That's mainly because I can't write and listen to music at the same time. Apparently, both activities use the same portion of my brain. Current disc in the CD player is the Lord of the Rings soundtrack.

Current hair: Getting long enough that I really need to think about going in to get it cut.

Current annoyance: I'm feeling mildly annoyed at myself, actually. I keep moaning to myself about how if only I didn't have to work and could manage my life at my own pace, I'd be ever so productive and get all kinds of useful and creative stuff accomplished. And then, when I do have the better part of a week off (as I did last week), I end up accomplishing almost nothing. Sigh.

Current thing: Um, well, I guess my current thing is blogging. I never expected when I started that I'd get this into it. Any more, every time a stray thought floats through my head, it's "Hey, maybe I oughtta write that in my blog!" And, believe me, I have a lot of stray thoughts.

Current desktop picture: It's a lovely collage of images of Giles from Buffy. I decided to take a little break from the Farscape images.

Current favorite group: Um, I dunno, probably still Rush. Gonna get to see them live next month!

Current book: Pudd'nhead Wilson by Mark Twain.

Current video in player: Nothing's in the machine at the moment. Most recently played video was Doctor Who's "The Tenth Planet," as mentioned a couple of entries back. Currently in the DVD player is Lawrence of Arabia. I think that was one of the first discs I bought when I got the machine, actually, but I only just got around to watching it last night.

Current refreshment: Pepsi.

Current worry: You know, I wasn't feeling particularly worried about anything. Then I got to this question and found myself searching for something to be worried about. That was no fun, though, so I stopped.

Current thought: Damn, it's hot in here.
