I was vaguely thinking of linking to this bit of very cool Doctor Who news, but I honestly think that everyone I know who actually cares has already seen it. Still... if anybody hasn't, there ya go.
I can't even tell you how glad I was to read about this...I mean all my favourite episodes were done by him...and to have someone who wanted to do this since they were a kid get to do it. *Got* to be a good thing :)

Isn't it marvelous? I adore Moffat's stuff so much. He's got a two-parter coming up soon, too, which, from the previews, looks like it's going to be really cool.
I've also heard rumors, by the way, that Neil Gaiman might be writing a Who episode at some point, a possibility so awesome that I have trouble thinking about it for fear of brain explosion. :)
And I'll check that out! 'Cause I do think I might just need me one of those...
I do like Moffat's claim that "I applied before but I got knocked back 'cos the BBC wanted someone else. Also I was seven."
