Yep. Very definitely sick. Stupid immune system. You attack the most innocuous stuff, but you let crap like this get through?! What the heck am I paying you for?
Actually, I think it counts as employee training. :)
Not that I imagine it would have helped in this case as, a) I actually think it's probably just a cold, and b) if it is the flu, I was probably already incubating it when they were giving out the flu shots last week, anyway.
I have never had a flu shot. I can't remember the last time I had the flu. That's not to say those are connected, or to twist fate -- or even to say I never get sick. Just an observation.
Technically, does getting a flu shot count as out-sourcing?
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better!

ReplyDelete"Tempt fate," I meant. Although twisting it would be bad, too, I assume.
ReplyDeleteI've never had one, either, mainly do to my intense hatred of letting anything poke itself through my skin.
ReplyDeleteAhem. "Due to." I no use words good when I sick.
ReplyDeleteBut at least it's not just me mis-typing things today. :)
Hope you feel better soon. Dont give it to any of my Grandcats, huh!
ReplyDeleteFortunately, I think it's very rare for a disease to spontaneously cross the species barrier. :)
